I didn't like anything in this company.

Do not join this company,they not provide any kind of resources for work,I was working in pune smc realty,they only depend on sms campaign and forcing employee to convert lead to booking 20% that is not possible on sms campaign,anyway we work hard and we close some deals, personally I close 3 deals in one month but after so many request from our team leader they not ready to improve there lead management,after two month we got call from higher management and forcefully they told us to submit resignation letter without salary,they threat us to submit your resignation letter else they filled FIR against us,atlast we submitted our resignation without salary,I remember that was happen two days before diwali,can anyone think before diwali resignation,without salary,no money in pocket,I wish this company never ever grow because management in this company is shameless people, specially I named mr varun mangala this man gives false premises on salary part....Read More

With his attitude surely within a year smc realty will be shutting down and count down starts .
