The company is Cash Rich with Huge funds and offers good Compensation compared to the market offerings

Dislikes

Poor Top Japanese Management having no idea about the ground reality. Everything is decided by the Japanese & the Indian Counterparts have no authority at all. Despite a great Parent Brand backing the Company fails because of bad decision making . Their is absolute no job security here please do your research before joining here. Remember- ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD !!!
