Work culture is quiet ok but the management is extremely poor and there is no job guarentee. There is no career growth.

The only thing I like about the company was the cooperative attitude of colleagues...

The main thing is that the company is labelled as software company but there no software works done behind instead they are providing research assistancance. The company will terminate the employees even without providing them a notice period. Moreover they will spread false rumours even after someone left the office.. it is not thecolleagues but the management who perform this wonderful play. No employee is given their respect for working hard and all these indicates the job security. The workload will be at the peak at times and during this time employees will be given forced overtime and if not willing then will be thrown out of the job. Even Sundays are included in overtime and won't give extra payment. Even the work were able to get done at home the management forces the employees to be present at office during this pandemic else they were instructed to work for less amount. Most importantly don't expect any increment in salary without begging for the same... and will judge the family background marital status and avarage expenses of an Indian while discussing about hike....Read More

No job security. I was terminated without any notice. Very hectic work schedule. Had to work upwards 80 hours per week on a regular basis. Management is full of infights and politics. No appreciation for employees who put in good work. The company owner thinks that they can just replace every employee and do not value staff. Overtime work is mandatory even though they say it is optional.

Teammates are cooperative. The stress that was previously experienced, specifically in the past year has reduced significantly. Since told to focus on quality, can take time to complete the assigned work with ease and flexibility

Work load still persists, though not stressful as previously stated. Interruptions in continuing a particular work due to corrections coming in between. Same correction reports coming even though had made updates to them per the comments provided. No other issues. Management is supportive.

Good company to work. It's like a family...Good management to support all employees. Flexible working environment... The company provided pleasure trip to all employees for relaxation from work pressure. This is not the only thing the company offers, the company gives awards, cash price etc that motivates the employees to work hard. I am very satisfied with the company.
