There are always 2 sides of the coin But it's win win on both sides in this company There is always room for constructive criticism and SmartDEN knows how to deal with it perfectly.

Work Details

My experience till date has been awesome. Senior colleagues are always there to listen and help. Daily catch up calls keeps me involved and interested in my work.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

In simplest term, I am responsible for managing the employee life cycle (i.e. Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training etc.) and administering employee benefits.
