I would have given negative Ranking but sad that options are not there. How cum Founder from IIT can build a organisation like that where some of employee are very bad at English language and they are handling inbound. Being A fintech company they do not know about Fintech, they call it software instead. They don’t know what is payment Gateway but they call as company charges amount while providing the loan. My words are not enough that how bad this company is..coming to salary part they will put you In PIP if you get sick for three days. Medical documentation are also not working here but ya they will ask to submit you. They will not provide CTC where PF and ESI should be deducted for future benefit. May be their Employees are not interested in filing ITR. If any one has got offer please take it but don’t join.....Read More

I have learnt a lot from my seniors which has enhanced my skills.

The customer support manager as well the management is not good..They are baised and will lead to any day termination.You can not complain or keep your opinion about anything because that will lead to direct termination by the manager and the AM.A company can not run this way where you are working for customer support but you are not supporting your employees.with time the good employees have left the company as the ethics are detoriated.Have seen so many terminations by the inbound team TL results of her personal grudges.. join the company at your own risk....Read More

Where do I start? Illitrate management. Lack of experience and knowledge anong team leads. Long working hours resulting into little to no impact. One day of work take weeks to complete because of poor tech stack. Senior management judge you on things that can be learned by 10th grade students.
