It's a good Company for those who finds a good environment and a great work culture.All the manager's and TL's are friendly and very supportive.I have been worked for more then one and half year in this company and it was a great experience for me.Thank you Olyv(SmartCoin).

I would have given negative Ranking but sad that options are not there. How cum Founder from IIT can build a organisation like that where some of employee are very bad at English language and they are handling inbound. Being A fintech company they do not know about Fintech, they call it software instead. They don’t know what is payment Gateway but they call as company charges amount while providing the loan. My words are not enough that how bad this company is..coming to salary part they will put you In PIP if you get sick for three days. Medical documentation are also not working here but ya they will ask to submit you. They will not provide CTC where PF and ESI should be deducted for future benefit. May be their Employees are not interested in filing ITR. If any one has got offer please take it but don’t join.....Read More
