You have ample amount of time in your life while you are working there cause the seniors pick their candidates based on their likings and not on the basis of knowledge. If you are a female Engineer you don't have to worry about anything. You will get everything in your hand . Don't believe me look at the company history .

Dislikes

No competative salary . Rude senior officers and office politics. HR interface way too much while you are working . The sales team comes at you take a look at you and than decides ok which one should go on for a project irrespective of their knowledge .

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
