Worst Environment... 1. Procurement department is totally corrupted. 2. Procurement HOD and Accounting Head both are corrupted. They only onboard those vendors who can give additional money to them. 3. Also, HR has decided to come at morning 10.30 but manager want to come at 10.

Work life balance, work priorities, Very poor HR team they're only for hiring no one is there to listen to you once you join smartworks, some senior management people are terrible to work with because of micro management they're ruining the work environment within in team and company.

while the company has its own kind of merits , my exp was marked by significant challenges around WLB and management practices . Despite completing my task on time , my work often went unnoticed or went into the delayed list as the manager had a tendency to load work in the last minute on people how would finish the work on time in order to leave on time . There is always a delay in the appraisal cycle and the management doesn't even care about the employees , with the attitude " if u want to go , please go " , well find someone else as your replacement ....Read More
