Really a terrible experience I had when I worked in this company.. Salary will not credits ontime Sunday many sunday I had worked from Saturday morning 10 to night 3 AM Sunday No OT provided for extra hours duty we did. need to continue billing and dispatch untill the Last IBA, or Smart shoppe owner left . without thinking about working hours. Every Sunday need to work till 3-4 Am from Saturday morning 10. Salary they provide for fresher below 10 K.. If we talk to IBA Or Smart shoppe owner that office working hours ends we will close office..They will directly contact to their leaders..And immediately we will get call from our area manager or higher authority that we received complaint against you .. No separate executive for billing and dispatch.. Billing will be done in their own domain..no any other Accounting software like Tally, SAP etc.. So not much use outside the experience what we get in this job....Read More
