The Work environment at smartdukaan is very good everyone is very supportive,and there are plenty of growth opportunities .the work -life balance is good and salaries are credited between the 1st and 2nth of each month additionally ,there are learning sessions as well

i believe that every saturday should be a work from home day,similar to how the 2nd nd 4rth sat r already WFH

I had joined here from consultant company, but here I learned each and everything about Corporate HR functions , I performed well and got promotion as well , seniors are cooperative and support you ,culture is very good.

Dislikes

For me there is no dislike at all , except I would love if they have Saturday off in coming time.
