My teams mates are very helpful and with coordination, the E learning programs were held for the new Hireies with 6 weeks of training, The job security depends on the performance of the candidate, there are lot of opportunity for the experienced alanyst who work for a year in smartdrive organization. Salary is depends on the quality that he give and every 6 months appraisals are held for that the employees need stack achievement and quality along with point grade given by the AM they see over all reports(quality, population,AM's rating,stacks and soo on) of the employees. We need to keep the travel expenses apart company provides 900 as travel expences. E leaning programs are held and process updates are given by TL and by Sr analysts. Coming to the work environment you world love it work+entertainment. Good opportunity are given but need to build up skills that are required for the required position and that classes will be held such as spoken English. Etc.....Read More

I don't have any kind of dislike from the company but if I do want to change,it would be only for career growth and position as company will train u or learn from the organization in that way such that you can success in what every position u apply for ....
