If really company want to know, then Please take a time and read it. I didn't dislike working under Smartchip because these is my first job and it's teach me a list of important things about a job. But I want to tell one short story, Before joining an office, after lockdown we were said to test a Covid 19 test, then after we can join an office. One of our colleagues tested Covid 19 positive, before she know about the report she was already working with us because of immediate joining. After that she went to the quarintin center, even after she was tested positive, next day we are doing our job like as we, after few hours later they shut down the office for few days. Moral of the story we didn't care about ourself, a doing a job even there was a Corona positive persons, and with all the dedication, hardwork, we will not get any salary when there is lock down only we get paid when we work. There are more then a 10 CCTV cameras and about 100 of people without social distancing, no one is looking from a Main center, I m just a small employee of a huge company but I know my responsibilities and giving hundreds percent, it's a duty of our company to watch our back. Everyone need money in these situation I known the pandemic also effect Company. But some time money is not everything, There is a word humanity. It's not a complaint just a request be transparent, and tell the employees what's is situation of company after all we all are human, One request plz use CCTV camera and monitor all center, then company will not need of sending extra mail of feed back....Read More
