On a positive note, I would like to highlight that the overall working environment at SM is favorable. Colleagues are cooperative, fostering a positive atmosphere. Despite the mentioned concerns, the camaraderie among employees contributes to a pleasant work experience.

Dislikes

Firstly, the restroom facilities need improvement as there is only one common washroom for the entire building, leading to inconvenience. Additionally, the parking situation, with road-side paid parking, poses challenges for employees. I recommend considering enhancements to these basic needs for a more comfortable work atmosphere.
