All are good, good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.company policy is average .

Dislikes

Salary is average but career growth is slow.

Work Details

I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wrar multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
