Nothing goes right about this company.. Not at all an employee friendly company with the most toxic environment. They have their own set of rules where arriving late thrice even for 15 minutes leads to cutting your half day salary, not more than three employees can take leaves on the same day, they don't provide health insurance andwhat not. Director - Drishti Khana has absolutely zero knowledge about Research and is very biased towards her friends. They don't give holidays for most Indian festivals, not even during elections. The owner of the company has zero etiquettes, doesn't even flushes after using the washroom nor is ready to interact with any staff and also forces employees to do her daughters personal projects. He is so miser that he even restricts the employees from using tissues. The HR of the company too has absolutely no idea about the company policies. Overall the company is highly unprofessional and does research which can be done better by even college students. An humble request don't get trapped for this company. Director got her position only because someone above her hierarchy level left the company and thus is the most deserving person on the planet for this position....Read More
