Compensation is good but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individuals unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the time. Generally speaking at the time implementation of GST it was very much exciting, everybody is keen to learn and develope new challenging work, but somewhere Law was not clear and GST portal was not supporting that time we were running through hectic time
