In SL Lumax there is the daily review system is good. Daily customer issues, in house issues, supplier issues will be reviewed by MD with all employees

Dislikes

There is no job security. Management support need to be strengthened. Quality issues not properly analyzed & closed. So repeated issues are more. Team work need to be strengthened
