Nothing. Terrible. Everything is terrible!!! Awful, worst!!!

Dislikes

Everything. The company boasts about having work life balance but in reality we are expected to work overtime in peanuts salary. No incentives are provided. Ceo directly micromanages associates. No managers in important departments. Terrible work culture. No encouragement. Do nothing provide holidays or leavea. Provide salary with unnecessary deductions.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

The major problem is the management of this company first they'll torture you till your mental health breaks down and then the coffin in the nail will be the CEO of this company. Be aware of the HR she is a habitual liar. She herself is not working in the office and fakes everybody that the culture of the office is brilliant and what not. Just be aware of her lies and once you'll leave the job they due to the toxic culture they're fair chances that she'll threaten you to send a legal notice. Guys long things short don't do this to yourself. There is not a single employee in the company who has worked for more than 6 months from the office because of the toxic culture they have made. Tried thinking about likes but can't think much. All that can be said is, WFH is in full swing for all employees.

Dislikes

Like WFH is in full swing, there are no clear policies about WFH model. Lack of effective communication, poor leadership, and everything is single-handed. One can experience that the communication is always one-sided and contains no weightage. Suggestions are only taken but never given a pure thought. Good for interns on temporary basis, but professionals stay away!!
