My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts.

Funny but speaking frankly, I dislike my salary. Now isn't the most important thing for me. But when you have a family and bills to pay, items add up pretty quickly, and you easily end up with an empty bank account.

Generally speaking, my work is completely challenging as I have to look after the entire project toll & route operations & routine maintenance. On the basis of liaising & administration I will get recognized for all this efforts.
