Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Things are going good with SOP, management gives oppertunity for new ideas and implementation. Weekly review is fentastic task from Management.

Life in Skyla is not that much i expected, i can simply say it is not bad. No more oppertunities to grow. We all will be trained regularly as a part of management role.
