There is office politics at every level, no one will step up and want to do everything. The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hast and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Senior staff always rudely behavior with me nobody care about our skills . They always ignore my postive points . Skyjumper is sports area but nobody sports person in skyjumper. Trampoline park no need talented and sports person. Trampoline park serior staff is not a sports person and not a educated person then why is a senior staffinside the trampoline park.
