The management is not much supportive. Not giving appreasal to those who really work hard. Office Politics - Not all are doing but few people create the unusual issues.

I loved my tenure there. Mr. Sylvester, MD of the company, is man of vision, he invests good amount in keeping marketing team upgraded. Using updated sales and marketing tools like salesforce CRM.
