Having worked for years in this company there is no importance for experience staff. In the name of education they're looting students and promising 💯% placement and the institute is not even iata recognised. There is no proper salary for trainers two months of delay in salary and many employees are not paid even the last month irrespective of completing notice period. There is a lot of politicals and the management doesn't adress our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you Cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
