Bad Work environment and culture. Teammates are not supportive and the management is not transparent. Company policies not favourable to employees, appraisals depend upon owner ( JMD) moods and they try to hire the needy person with less salary from other steel manufacturers. No bonus, gratuity etc.

Since owner ( JMD) sitting in plant itself and look after all operations and maintenance activities personally, policies and strategies change every hour/ days
