Low Salary, Ten hour work shift , penalty system even for silly mistakes , no filter or RO for drinking water, Marwari favouritism, no need for engineers there the job can be done by 12th pass guys. No canteen. You can get fined for putting your arms on your colleague shoulder. They make you write apology letter if you make any silly mistake. And will deduct money from your Salary increment.
