Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? Low Salary, Ten hour work shift , penalty system even for silly mistakes , no filter or RO for drinking water, Marwari favouritism, no need for engineers there the job can be done by 12th pass guys. No canteen. You can get fined for putting your arms on your colleague shoulder. They make you write apology letter if you make any silly mistake. And will deduct money from your Salary increment. One day absent will deduct money from your Salary increment. They deduct double PF from your Salary but in salary slip will show only one ....Read More
