People talk in very pathetic way towards beginners. Training is also not given telling us to do everything. Salary is very low and infact they take some amt as security. Culture is very bad they cut salary also. Talking style of higher authority is ridiculous.

Performance bonuses. MD of the Company is very knowledgeable and practical.

Dislikes

HR policies- HRs are disrespectful towards employee including highly professional and experienced professionals. The issues doesn't reaches the MD that he should definitely know.
