It was overall good experience with Skinnovation, However very less chances to grow, in my 4 years tenure, I have never seen any ASM across all verticals has been promoted to RSM post. If you share your thoughts with management, they simply ask to leave the company and tell employees that you have done nothing for Company.

Dislikes

Management's approach towards employees is not appreciated. They ask simply to leave company if you put your views before Management. Very less chances to grow.
