I like working at SkillVentory if you are looking for a recruitment firm then it is the best firm in indore various clients are there work is more. It let you grow as well and good incentive.

I don't like the culture here. As no extra curricular activities ,no employee engagement . People feel very bore here and life gets very monotonous.

I love the way they care for their employees. A lot of employee engagement is done which includes fun activities as well as intellectual discussion/ activities. Only flaw is they are not that good payers but gradually that change will surely come over the time. Best consulting to start your career in HR, for capability building and self development.

I have worked with skillventory Indore for a year and with two female team leads briefly. Here i have experienced people who are sitting on lead positions (especially females) are utter bullies. They just sit all day scrolling their cellphone, they'll humiliate you, make fun of you in front of other team members for their enjoyment.They don't care about your hardwork, performance, will not supervise you at any level, will not support nor listen to you at all. can't say about all teams leads but females with less then 10 members in team are very unprofessional....Read More
