I have worked with skillventory Indore for a year and with two female team leads briefly. Here i have experienced people who are sitting on lead positions (especially females) are utter bullies. They just sit all day scrolling their cellphone, they'll humiliate you, make fun of you in front of other team members for their enjoyment.They don't care about your hardwork, performance, will not supervise you at any level, will not support nor listen to you at all. can't say about all teams leads but females with less then 10 members in team are very unprofessional....Read More
