It is a nightmare Experience working with SkillEdge. It is a fraud company running a scam business. Stay far away from this organization if you value your mental well-being, career, and financial stability. The work culture is toxic. salaries are unreliable and the company is nothing more than a money hungry scam operation disguisedas an Ed tech enterprise. The abusive behavior from the CEO and CRO, coupled with their unprofessional conduct during meetings, solidifies SkillEdge as the epitome of a nightmare workplace. First of all, let me clear one thing. All the positive feedbacks are fake, and we were asked to give those positive feedback forcefully and you can verify that with the number of upvotes. If I could rate the organization with zero stars, I would. My time with this so-called "edtech" company has been nothing short of horrendous nightmare. If you are looking for a company that respects its employees enough to pay them on time, SkillEdge is not the place. The work culture is an absolute disaster stop. There is no emphasis on employee well-being or professional growth. Instead, the company foster an environment of fear and intimidation. Minimum 12hour work daily and you have to bring your own system and no week off and no paid leave. It's evident that SkillEdge's primary motive is to SCAM INNOCENT INDIVIDUALS under the pretense of being an educational institution. The company is more focused on exploiting vulnerable learners for financial gains. The CEO (Rohit) and CRO (Prakash) of the company should take lessons in basic human decency and professionalism. Their consistent rude behavior towards employees is beyond appalling. They seem to derive pleasure from belittling and insulting their own team members. Constructive criticism is unheard of, and their management style revolves around instilling fear rather than motivating and guiding their employees. If you enjoy sitting through meetings where profanity and slang are the norm, SkillEdge is the perfect place for you. The company's leadership lacks even the most basic level of professionalism, regularly resorting to shouting and offensive language during meetings. ------- In short Ch***ya company hai. Nothing to like in SkillEdge. If you want to work without salary, you are welcome. We never receive salary on time. Sometime we have to work with half salary in a month. The strange thing is you have to take permission to take week-off. They don't have HR policy means no holiday in a year, no paid leave. And the CEO want us to work 24X7. They don't have leads but they want us to complete the target. If we are unable to meet the target, then there will be salary deduction. Everything. Trust me they are running some courses for the last 2-3 years but have 0 (ZERO) placements till now. Rohit (CEO) and Prakash (CRO) are the main culprits of the organisation and they are running a SCAM. The management want us to give fake promises for selling the products to the students like high package, instant placement. But trust me all these are fake. And as a result we have to suffer. The CEO force us to work for 12Hrs+ (without break) a day. Every saturday the CEO message "No Week Off" in their WhatsApp groups (Yes, they use personal WhatsApp for office communication). We usually get around 1-2 maximum off (total) in a month means (27-28 days working in a month), means you don't even have the basic right. Theyare following unfair labor practices, and, in the meeting, he does not even use professional language, he always shouts at everyone and openly say "Jis jis ko 12-14 ghanta kam zyada lagta hai wo nikal ja, mera company, mera decision, kam karna hai to kar, nehito nikal". Full of micromanagement. Every day he wants us to attend call with him after 10:30 PM, 11:00 PM and share what we have done in the last 12 hours in HH:MM level. Even they don't pay the salary on time. Sometimes we have even received Rs 5000 only in a month. Teachers continuously asks us for their pending payments. On the top of that they are forcing the employees to give 5* rating in these kinds of platforms. Never join this organization it is better to be an unemployed rather than working here. No placement assistance only fake promise i paid 20k and indranil mukarjee promised for guaranteed placement but now he refused skilledge wasted 6 months of mine Not worth joining they dont give any respond to many of students in our batch Dont ever join skilledge.

No placement and No coordination with students is kind of zero they will literally forgot you after you pay the 20k fees on emi.
