Everything , no work culture , everyday new policy has been implemented , no support from upper mgmt , partiality , use less , making people fool on the name of upskilling , they only want to deduct salaries of thier employee. salary was never credited on time , harrasing employees , every employee is mentally harrased in company.

The best part about Skillcircle is even after growing so much the management listen to ground staff and their feedback. Company is on right path with right leadership. I am loving the experience.

This is by Far the worst experience I had with any company when it comes to the PF Management. They keep deducting PF from my salary, it hasnt shown up in my account. I've tried escalating this issue, But HR hasnt provide me the clear picture when the pending PF will reflect in my account. It's as if they dont care about the employee welfare. This is completly unacceptable as they also created a situation in the office which made me leave my job also. I am considering legal action if this isnt resolve soon....Read More

I've been with Skillcircle for almost 7 months now and it has been a great experience. The company fosters a positive work environment. My senior managment Anjali Arora Mam (TL) and Akshay Chaudhary sir (FM) always been a very supportive always throughout the journey. I m happy to be a part of team.

The absence of month - end last week off impacts work - life balance, and the consistent mess in female staff washrooms ( 90% of the time) raises hygiene concerns.

Once you'll leave SkillCircle and join another company or maybe go for interviews, you will definitely miss the vibes of SkillCircle and the CEO. That's what I realised when I left the company because of the toxic HR manager. This is definitely not a paid feedback. Back when I resigned, the workplace became toxic because of HR manager Suveer. Keeping this thing aside, I can assure you that your skills will be brushed up so much. The people and the CEO are literally chill people you can meet in your entire working career.
