Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? SkillPro is excellent NGO. It is helpful for unemployed youth in Rural and Urban areas. I was satisfied in Skillpro why because we have done so many skilled and innovative and Motivated programs. Its a wonderful.

Training and employment is main concept in this NGO. I got promotion from faculty to District manager and I have given trained to unemployed youth with my staff and they are placed in MNCs.
