Very poor management and unethical yo the employees, laid off more than 1500 employees within one year, not even provided the prior notice to them and also no competition was provided. Very poor salary cycle, there will be no proper intimations in salary delay also.very poor atmosphere and cheep politics throught the company.

Worst place to work, where you don’t get to learn anything, worst work like balance, full on politics, and it’s been 1year for now since I quit working and they have still not cleared my FNF. PF amounts are also not been cleared yet.

I don't suppose anything can be said since the company is almost shut. However if you end up joining then you can say goodbye to you Final settlement because it's been almost 1 year since I resigned and yet to receive my complete last month salary and the final settlement. This is absolutely disrespectful and shameful.

Everything in this company, first of all this is purely a sales company, the CEO is having some visions but don't know how to implement that so company is a sinking ship, they hired alot of managers from byjus the worst decision they did these are a bunch of senseless peoples who is crying for revenue even if you scam anyone, what they did in byjus the same thing they are doing here also...skill lync have a good ground for the growth but they are not utilising it....if they properly update their product and if they are ready to give the services correctly to the students the revenue will come automatically but they are not thinking about that, by using this byjus managers they are literally running a sales company, all they need is revenue for that they will say to work on Sunday also and on holidays also...here eid is only for Muslims and Christmas is only for Christians such a non secular culture I didn't saw anywhere, if you are s person who want to work peacefully with a good work-life balance then it's not your place ...if they are calling for interviews run away with your life..they will not provide any work from home also if you are in flood you have to swim and come to office for work...
