Poor job security. SKH have fired people when they they want without judgments of performance. Poor work life balance working generally 10 hrs working.

Company is handle by the great visionary. But it has been hold by the community. Business head's are not effectively performing to fetch good production. Few of them performing good rest are not appropriate. Yes job security. Rest working behavior is not good.
