If you know how to put cream on management foot and your boss you will stay in system. They will make a plan and send you out once they feel their job is insecure.

Unprofessional way of work, South Indian company and employees, heavy politics then work in organization, fired anyone with any reason to save their job.

In my opinion the working at SKF is gud bt growth is not gud and salary is below average and company culture is nice . Employees behavior is gud and they are sporteing, encouraging. I was working at SKF in haridwar plant which is not so big plant so i think that's why there is not more politics so as a m/c operator for me is gud.
