As a worker I like Company's canteen facility. Company provides good & healthy nutritious food & meal to all the workers. Company gives its first priority to the quality of their products.

It is a good place to work and it's culture is good and here main policy is safety first, and here free canteen is here and here we have a kushal training center here we can grow our skils, and teammates are supportive, and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

I dislike about working at skf is There is bond of 3 years if before we resign we don't get training certificate

My job is quite interesting and some time i think this job is difficult at beginning but now it is easy and some time iam worked in different departments, channels and it is a best experience

Salary grade market correction must be done. High level of Favoritism by management employees who stay in the system for long time. Such people bend the company rules to favour their favourite employees.

My zonal manager Prashant Kumawat was so coordinator for everything and he's very helpful.

Dislikes

Their 3rd party payroll is worst ever seen anywhere, conveyance and expenses are paid after 4 months, and their is no data for salary, delayed without any specific reason everytime.
