It is a good place to work and it's culture is good and here main policy is safety first, and here free canteen is here and here we have a kushal training center here we can grow our skils, and teammates are supportive, and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

I dislike about working at skf is There is bond of 3 years if before we resign we don't get training certificate

My zonal manager Prashant Kumawat was so coordinator for everything and he's very helpful.

Dislikes

Their 3rd party payroll is worst ever seen anywhere, conveyance and expenses are paid after 4 months, and their is no data for salary, delayed without any specific reason everytime.
