The best thing is that this company has an incentive plan. If you achieve the target, you can earn more incentives than your salary.

Many times I have to work straight shift, there is a launch of Half n Hours even in that the managers told me to take a lunch break of only 15 to 20 minutes and also refuse to take an evening tea break. If there is some work in the store at night, then after your shift you will have to stay overnight, if you leave in the morning after completing the work, then also you will have to come to the store by 3 pm the same day, there are many such points on which we can work and improve....Read More
