I was in the Enterview that yr appraisal will be based on your performance. No they do parcel tee whith the staff . What was said in enterview is that be have to so same thing, so same thing is very wrong with us.

Overall too much target pressure.the manager does not get a chance to show his skills. It is better to work on the floor than creating useless WhatsApp groups.Instead of doing unnecessary useless work, those who come before the manager with questions should be run away
