Dislikes

Top management is very unprofessional in this organisation. I worked here only to gain something which I have earned myself. No director and other collegues will help for anything. Directors always tried to save money. Most of the employees are terminated instead of leaving on good grounds. Never suggested to join this organisation.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
