I have been working in sk finance for last 10 years. I started my job as an operation executive. Existing employees are taken great care of in this company. Also all the executives till the ground level get very good incentives and even international tours. I LOVE SK 🤟

Many people in stress due to after Long seasoned they not get suitable position in company so that in business,collection any Manny more dep. Employee switching from company after Long journey & seasoned.. Also quick mandatory collection data mechanism not having to manager & above level to know there portfolio anytime.

Senior management including the MD has always encouraged and supported . There is complete support from your immediate Department Head who is quite encouraging to do new things and improve the productivity.

Company Management want Good working environment without politics. Company many benifits give to employees but give at seniors hand so many employees not taken this benifits.

A lot of closings Low quality canteen food also unhygienic. Low quality water(less filtered) Unsupportive Management and HR Nill or very less appraisal Low Salary with high pressure of working. Employees are not paid enough according to their work. Demotion of employees although they deserve promotion.
