one gets opportunity in to explore training and skill development courses are organized to develop and improve skills

Work life balance is disturbed as its contracting firm, only 2 paid leaves per month, NO casual and Sick leaves. 7 days marriage leave and covid leaves are useless nobody gets married and got tested positive for covid every year.

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks.
