Exciting challenges and talented staff.

Dislikes

-> Lack of cohesive strategy. Products often work in silos. -> Too often stuck in build trap. Unwilling to solve problems with thorough thinking and strategy. -> Lack of focus on shipping quality products. Later complain about bad solutions. When pushed back leaders about lack of clarity on requirements, leaders pressurize to get things done. -> Mid-management often pressuring teams to deliver on unrealistic expectations without clarity on requirements and expecting them to slog. Seen this happening especially with teams in India. -> India HR policies are not elaborate. Extremely limited tax benefit options. HR has acknowledged openly the unwillingness to address these matters....Read More
