Easy to work enviroment. Working with bunch of self motivated colleagues. No issues in work life balance. Always timely payouts, never had any issues. Great commision payouts on sales done. Commision slabs already make many reach 6 figure payouts. As per my experience i have seen almost everyone grow in business to find investment/Property money for future, buying cars to drive, Paying of loans they may have. Excellent learning environment. The company is employ centric and doesn't pressurize their employees if they are having a rough time. Management is exemplary because they have work ethics ,treat all their subordinates alike and partner everyone in their success and growth of the company. The problems faced by employees are addressed within a jiffy and resolved in no time.

The only thing I could recall is that we lack a nice cafeteria which was in place earlier and apart from that the salary increment is subsidiary and very nominal.
