The company actively promotes learning and development opportunities without any discriminations. I got abundant time and support to get certified in the required segment of Underwriting. One can easily seek help with any sort of discomforts related to work life.

Dislikes

Remuneration is a bit lesser than one may expect. Incentives are almost unachievable, which is the only thing I dislike about the company.
