Salary was stopped, not paid during covid , when salary was must. Im very disappointing. Salary is below according my education qualifications. Career growth is slow.

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
