Good office environment. Company policies are good. most of the employees dont follow. Company took care of me when i need financial support for emergiency . hike every year. good area for learning. as we have multiple instruments to handle.

Bond for 3 years. teammate not supportive. if you work good you get hike or else very less hike.

There is no job security, No work culture how to treat employee's, worst management, Management don't follow the company policies. Only they want meetings to time pass and time waste for employees.

Dislikes

Management plays full off politics with employee's. There is no career growth, no respect for HOD's. Unwanted meetings and presentations.

My work life at sipra is not a good experience. They ask inputs for betterment but they will not take our inputs and blame us.
