Singye construction private limited is a private construction firm. Firm mostly do the work of construction of roads, construction of buildings and do all the construction works.i like working in Singye because they give us lots of knowledge and gain experience which gives us more confidential in my career. The firm has set up a very good benefits policy during the time of retirement of services and even giving gòod service package to the entire staff. As company being construction firm and moreover staff has to be at the site most of the time which gives working environment gives somewhat taugh at the begining, but those staff who are staying and working in the office have good working environment as compared to those who are staying at site....Read More

Dislikes

Salay payment is delayed and work pressure is very high. Not even getting a time for family and even meal on time. Company increment does not give on time and even company does not have performance apprasial review. And even company does not have holiday have to work even during weekends also and during holidays those who are staying at site. Some times even have to works 24 hours .

Work Details

Although company is assigned me as accountant but beside than my work i have to manage and monitor the entire site which gives me challenging.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
