No particular pros to like about them

Dislikes

They ruin your life, hire so many trainee so they can complete their projects on cheap cost. And call you for overtime on Saturday and on public holiday, didn't approve your leave until they're satisfied with your reason. Time boundation of 9:36 excluding your lunch break tea break and other refreshments break. You're bound to come office on time but you can't leave office on time. And never think to give quality time to your family, because according to this organization it's a myth....Read More

Work Details

Work pressure is good to learn things but there is no value of developer. If you're in UI team, QA team, System team or in BA team then you're a hard worker but if you're a developer then you're nothing.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
